In development · Health data analytics
A course in development for people preparing for AHIMA's Certified Health Data Analyst (CHDA) exam. It will cover the exam's six domains: healthcare data and terminologies, needs assessment, data acquisition, analysis, reporting, and governance.
Who it is for
For data analysts, health information professionals, and quality and finance staff who already pull and report healthcare data and want to cover everything the exam asks. AHIMA requires an RHIT or RHIA credential, or a bachelor's degree or higher, to sit the exam.
The exam
The American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA) sets and runs the exam. You take it at a Pearson VUE test centre or, in the United States, online with OnVUE.
